What does a typical support request cost?

Support is billed by actual effort. Many individual issues are resolved within 30 to 60 minutes. For ongoing SME support, maintenance packages with a fixed monthly basis are available.

Can my new computer inherit programs and data from the old one?

Yes. We migrate documents, photos, email accounts including archives, browser favourites, and – where technically useful – installed applications. Office, industry software, and antivirus licences are checked and reactivated.

My printer stopped printing. What can I check first?

Power-cycle the device, check ink/toner status, and make sure it is on the correct network. If that does not help, get in touch – in many cases it is a driver or print queue issue we can fix remotely.

Does Lightnet provide recurring business support, not just one-off fixes?

I accidentally deleted files. Can they still be recovered?
